MUDRA THERAPY
Its
meaning involves the body posture, breathing exercises and eye positions. Mudra
therapy values and uses every fingers function in its body – mind connection.
Mudra therapy which can balance our energy and improve our physical, mental and
emotional, spiritual harmony.
The Sanskrit meaning of
mudra is posture/seal. It’s an ancient treatment without touch on the body. By
using fingers and thumbs we perform mudras. The mudra gestures actually used to
focus on the subtle energy and protect the body. Another definition, a mudra is
an invitation to the angels would heal as per the mudra on the body.
Let us look into five elements representation
that denotes the mudra.

For
example, vayu mudra would heal very effectively in removing the accumulated
wind in the stomach. Almost 80% of the body’s aches and pains are due to wind.
The practice of mudra is a must, before taking recourse to any other treatment.
